Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 315°F. Prepare a 16-cup bundt pan with nonstick baking spray or homemade cake release.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, and salt on high for 2 minutes until pale and fluffy. Scrape down sides as needed.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Lower the mixer to slow speed. Gradually add flour just until combined. Pour in 7-Up and mix until just incorporated.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 75-85 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack and cool completely.

This pound cake is super moist and full of flavor. Serve it plain or with a dusting of powdered sugar.
