  • 1.5 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried Italian Seasoning
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels. Prepare the marinade by melting the butter and whisking in the minced garlic, lemon juice, brown sugar, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 390°F and cook for 8 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  3. Remove the salmon fillets from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
