Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spray with olive oil.
  2. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the chicken for 2 minutes on each side until spicy crust forms.
  3. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare a fresh salad with your favorite greens, tomatoes, and avocado. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
  5. Slice the chicken and serve atop the salad with a squeeze of fresh lime.
