Preparation Steps
- Stir together graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a medium bowl. Add melted butter and stir with a fork until sandy. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
- Place Cool Whip in a medium bowl. Add pudding mix and stir until pudding is dissolved. Spread over crust.
- Pour pie filling over the pudding layer. Top with additional Cool Whip (about ½ to one full 8-ounce container). Sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

This dessert is perfect for summer and easy to prepare ahead of time.
