  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts, bacon, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven, taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot.
