- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 minutes then let cool slightly.
- In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add shredded cheddar, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cauliflower. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into small tots and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
