  • 1 cups shredded cheese (queso fresco or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 cup sliced red onion

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cut tortillas into triangles and fry until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and add the fried tortilla chips.
  3. Pour green salsa over the chips and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Add shredded chicken and mix well. Top with cheese, cilantro, and red onion.
  5. Serve immediately garnished with fresh toppings and optional lime wedges.
