Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and eggs until well combined.
- Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add flour, mixing just until incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
