  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 large egg at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 0.666 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line the loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, sour cream, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, folding until just combined.
  5. Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl to make the cinnamon sugar.
  6. Pour one-third of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle a quarter cup of cinnamon sugar evenly over the batter.
  7. Repeat with another third of batter and cinnamon sugar. Finish with the remaining batter and sprinkle the top with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
  8. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely before slicing.
