  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 15.25 oz vanilla cake mix
  • 3 oz Fireball whiskey
  • 16 oz vanilla (white) almond bark
  • for garnish ground cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Heat treat the dry cake mix by microwaving in 30-second bursts until it reaches 165°F, then cool completely.
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment or silicone mats.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and cinnamon until fluffy.
  4. Mix in cake mix and 1 oz of Fireball whiskey until combined. Adjust whiskey to taste.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
  6. Use a 1-inch scoop to shape into balls and place on prepared sheets.
  7. Melt almond bark according to package instructions until smooth.
  8. Dip each ball into melted almond bark, using a fork to remove excess, then place back on sheet.
  9. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Ideal for parties and special occasions.
