  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups vegetable oil

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk and melt the shredded cheese until smooth. Mix the cheese sauce with cooked macaroni.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and set aside.
  4. Beat eggs in a bowl. Dip each ball into the egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry the balls until golden brown.
  6. Remove fried balls and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
