  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  4. Spread ketchup over the top of the loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, until cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
