  • 18 oz pork tenderloin
  • 3 tbsp homemade adobo seasoning
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp kosher salt (to taste)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Rub the olive oil over the pork tenderloin and evenly coat with the adobo seasoning. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to high heat or preheat the broiler. Remove the pork from the marinade and season with kosher salt.
  3. Grill or broil the pork until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center registers 145°F, about 20 to 22 minutes, turning a few times for even cooking.
  4. Remove the pork from the grill or broiler and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces.
