Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350F, line a 9x13-inch pan with foil, spray with cooking spray.
- Mix the cookie dough with cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
- Press the cookie dough into the prepared pan and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat pudding mix, milk until thickened.
- Spread pudding over cooled cookie crust.
- In the same bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add marshmallow creme and beat to combine.
- Fold in Cool Whip until smooth.
- Gently stir in half of the Oreo cookies. Spread over pudding layer.
- Sprinkle remaining Oreos on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle hot fudge over the top and serve chilled.
