  • 8 ounces farfalle pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 0.25 cup dry white wine
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Soak the chicken breasts in salted lukewarm water for 15 minutes for better flavor.
  3. Pat the chicken dry. Transfer to a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
  4. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Toss with a little olive oil and set aside.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in flour, cook for 2 minutes. Add white wine, stir, then add chicken broth, paprika, and heavy cream. Simmer until thickened. Season with salt and lemon juice.
  6. Toss cooked pasta with the creamy sauce. Slice the baked chicken and arrange on top. Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
