  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3.5 cups powdered sugar

Preparation Steps
  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Place the peanut butter and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely and microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Stir well, re-cover, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from microwave, stir again, then add vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and thick.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
  5. Cut into 1-inch pieces and serve.
