Preparation Steps
- Marinate chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in peanut butter, water, soy sauce, and Sriracha sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon some sauce over the top, and cook for an additional 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
