Preparation Steps
  1. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Add the cooled potatoes, chopped celery, and sliced green onions to the dressing. Mix gently to combine.

Notes
