Preparation Steps
- Using a sharp knife, cut slits into the pork and stuff holes with half of the crushed garlic.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Place in a dish, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pork in a roasting pan.
- Roast in the oven for approximately 3 hours or until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
