  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg large egg
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps
  1. Pulse the shrimp in a food processor until finely chopped but not pureed.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp, panko, egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into four equal patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve the shrimp burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
