Preparation Steps
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Mix orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the juices.
- Serve hot with rice or tortillas.
Notes
You can add chopped cilantro or jalapeƱos for extra flavor.
