Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1.75 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2.25 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.33 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cup chocolate sauce

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C). Prepare a 9×13 inch cake pan with non-stick baking spray. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients and then add to dry. Mix until well combined. Gradually add hot water and mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 29-32 minutes. Let the cake cool.
  2. Using the end of a spatula or straw, poke holes all over the cooled cake. Mix sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce, then pour over the cake and into the holes. Chill until set.
  3. Make the whipped cream: beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread evenly over the cooled cake. Top with chopped Snickers, drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces. Refrigerate before serving.
