  • 14 oz artichoke hearts quartered, drained, chopped
  • 6 oz frozen spinach thawed, squeezed to drain

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a small baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, Parmesan, mozzarella, and pepper.
  3. Add in chopped artichokes and drained spinach; mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
