Preparation Steps
- Heat olive oil in a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until browned, then flip and cook an additional 3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- While chicken is cooking, whisk together soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and toss to coat. Cook for another 30 to 60 seconds until the sauce thickens.
- Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
