Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy, about 1-2 minutes. Add eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and salt; beat until smooth. Gradually add flour and mix well. Fold in Valentine M&Ms.
  3. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
